I refreshed the page but nothing happened, I changed servers , re-entered the game(logged out) but still nothing happened.

On 11 November, 2015 After playing one Sandbox XP/BP battle, when I returned to lobby I saw that the chat was disconnected for 13340 minutes!! I was neither warned nor banned, then what is that? When I enter a battle I can chat there, but in the lobby I was unable to do so. Please give me a solution for it.
