The r7 250 has a bit of temperature issues. I suggest you to buy nvidia 750 ti for two reasons. 1. Nvidia 750 ti is as low as $110 right now 2. It has much better cooling compared to the r7 250 so you can save money on buying a seperate cooler. Also the 750 ti is 1.5x better.

It does lower the price a bit, but only about a 30-40$. My dad promised me $1100 pc but now he change his mind :(

That board dont support overclocking i7 4790k. It's 100 bucks more expensive and the only good thing is Ddr4 memory. Its better to go with z97 ones
