Even if your connection is good, this will sometimes happen, unless you have an amazingly stable and fast connection. If it's average, this will happen occasionally, and there is no real "fix" for it other than getting a super connection. And even though your PING said 81, it wasn't. When you suddenly have that major lag where everybody is staying still or turning around in circles for a long time, your PING is actually 999, but it doesn't say that until the tanks start moving and your game starts at least semi-working.

It was hard to choose between 5 and 7. In the end I chose 7, because it's different from most of the others.

1. They don't continually lie 2. Freeze definitely wasn't the best turret, and of course they nerf the most powerful weapons because they want each to be equally powerful 3. Carefully think through your post before deciding who's the pathetic one :)

Nah, I experience A LOT of the depth for this game, and I don't buy. I doubt that buying really increases the depth that much. And you left out one factor. Drugs. Everyone gets enough drugs to make the gameplay interesting. The reason that drugs actually add depth is because using one will not allow you to use another for a certain time, and others can exploit that with their own drugs. And you can do the same. I think of drugs as free additional weapons, each with a reload and affecting others supplies' reloads.

^^ Compare the size of that map to Berlin. :) Besides, that's just the map they're doing a lot of the demos and testing on. I think the reason they do so much testing on a big map is because they want to be able to test lots of different things at the same time, so they have a bigger map for all those things to test. And in one of the V-Logs, they showed a recreation of Boombox in Unity, so we know small maps will stay :D

Oh, and how are drugs responsible for that? Higher ranks than you will have an advantage anyways. Those 2 people who joined the battle on the other team would have done so anyways. If they were calling you names, they would have called you names anyways. Drugs are not the spawn of the devil that suddenly turn people evil when they use them and suddenly make them act as if they don't know manners. No, those people would have been dominating and rude anyways.

What do you mean "back in town?" They have already been here, and they have never gone away. Drugging is part of the game, just deal with it. It's been like that for years, only when they were first introduced, they were WAY out of control. Someone could have more than a 4x advantage by pressing 123. That's not possible now anymore in normal battles. Drugs have become less OP, and everybody now has much easier access to them than before. I really don't see any reason to complain. They actually add more excitement and depth to the game without adding a whole lot of complexity, which makes them (in their current state) an excellent part of the game's design.
