How about adding the meaning of "Developer" in Dictionary for players? there is the meaning of administrator and moderator, so why not add the meaning of developer too? As @newrohan said, two tankers click on the "Play" button at the same instant of time, and it's pretty rare. There is no solution for this problem. It doesn't affect anything, except the unbalance. It won't be corrected unless one tanker leaves, we can not do anything about it.
