i have the exact same problem starting today, keep getting "server closed connection" every 15-20 sec. internet connection test are just fine clearing flash player cache and stuff like that doesn't help either...

This problem is generally caused by an unstable internet connection.

if the website told u about ur pc having a malware, its a fake alert and ur safe. unless u did download and installed some virus cleaner from that site. i recommend adding the website u frequently visit to bookmarks, for one click-hassle free browsing.. and over-coming typos leading to clone / phishing website.

Okay But we buy just to get advantage over others, it may be a kit, a turret or hull. But since tanki keep on tweaking there's no advantage left. Even if u want to tweak. Do it for the those who haven't bought it. But respect the existing buyer. Every two-three weeks i have a notification saying "its been 2-3 weeks since we made these changes, use poll or feedback form blah,blah,blah." I don't wanna sound rude but now is the time to switch tanki online from a game to research firm. Thats what u do best, every single day. And u won't face any economical crisis. Your point is true. There are many mmo games out there which are constantly changing the pricing packages to reflect the exchange rates. But whats wrong with tanki in my point of view is the fact that u buy crystals for purchasing items from in-game shop a.k.a "garage". They say there is a base crys/currency ratio but no consistent pricing in packages. The garage mention "purchasing" of equipments. But the past rebalance and the recent uncertainty bout progress transfer on unity makes it some sort of "lease/rent" a equipment. We dont have control on what we buy. When u buy something in a real world store, shopkeepers don't force fully change ur product specs saying urs is too OP without asking for permissions, But tanki does. even after paying money, we get no control. Take an example of Amazon. i m from india i can purchase a product from amazon.in at local prices but when i decide it to buy with a seller at amazon.com i will have to pay some addtional charges (exchange rates/delivery charge/other tax). Which doesn't add up to more than 5-8℅, I'm perfectly ok with it. But 50-60℅ is whole another story. The part where u ask for incentives for buyers is just... this is a free-to-play game, its solely ur choice to buy. So stop asking for incentives. I say this while being a buyer myself. If u didn't noticed take a look at crystal packages they already include free crystals, the reward for buying. :) I was gone spare some bucks before the announcement of price revision but now i will only buy when its clear where all this is going. Unity to be specific. To clarify these are my views only.

Well, let me ask u something are u a representative of a Credit/Debit card agency, selling cards/ banks acc to everyone?? -_- you buy crystals and would love to invest more? good.. but stop suggesting ways, one can't implement. u are saying open bank acc or get a card. its not an easy task. u r defying the fact that majority of players are under 15. plus opening a bank acc in any country requires undergoing various levels of verifications. who cares to open an acc or get a card just for tanki? i'd rather not play a game like this. one cannot in any way "own" a credit / debit card by any means under the age 18 [lowest/ may increase in various countries], else the card is marked minor, limiting it use [offline @ ATM's only, correct me if i m wrong] i have a credit card, even a paypal acc. but due to my country's rules and regulations for banking we can't use any card for internation purchase, but only to recieve money. paypal is also not allowed to hold funds in our country too. left with only gift cards and SMS. so my point is stop imposing ur ideas on others when u don't understand their situation. + it much more easy to get hands on a gift card then to undergo the hectic process of banking for a ~15 player [majority] <_<

well becoz of some stupid rules [pin veification] by govt of INDIA any debit/credit card issued in india cannot be used for international transactions at any POS terminals be it online or offline apart from ATM's. we cannot hold/add funds in our paypal acc's also. other workarounds like virtual cards charge high rates. and no other solution apart from SMS works for buying crys for me. with which i get much less crys. Tanki pls provide a way to pay via card to us indians. What i can suggest is take a look at payu.in or ccavenue.com

starting today whenever i try to visit help.tankionline.com google chrome blocks the request saying improper server certificate. same happens with IE. pls fix this :).
