In MM, getting 1 shot, doing no damage to druggers and overleveled people, overall, a boring experience. In PRO, no-supplies battles, everything is perfectly fine and fun. Except getting more than half of your health and of your teammates done by a magñum

New balance changes: After 1 second of shooting, vulcan dies. For balancing this, damage increased by 2.4% and turret turning speed lowered by 99999999999999999%.
