Lets just say that in Madness, you can't take the Gold Box before it touches the pillar, but in Monte Carlo, you can.

Maps. Chunks of land sustained in mid-air, enclosed by a sky-box. In many games, there are always those maps that deserve reputation for being the only one of their kind. 'Raid' in Black Ops 2, 'Nuk3town' in Black Ops 3 *blah blah*... In Tanki Online however, the number of these 'unique' maps is exceptional... Finding them was no easy task! However, I have managed to list out 10 of the most unique maps in Tanki Online! So... Without any further delay, let's get right into em! 10. Dusseldorf: Dusseldorf holds a massive 40 people fighting in real time! But what makes it exceptional is not its specialty of being the third biggest map in Tanki, but the total number of buildings in it. That's right, the map Dusseldorf has the highest number of buildings in any map in Tanki Online - a monumental 46! Plus, if you count the billboards too, that adds up to 52. Aaand, if you count the bushes, then... Bleeeeeeh, just leave the bushes k, leave the bushes. Total number of buildings in Dusseldorf Because of it's huge size, and its ability to hold 40 people, Dusseldorf currently holds the record for the highest battle fund in a single match - a whopping 1 844 360 crystals as well as the record for the highest number of control points - 38 184 CP. Amazing right? 9. Year 2042 No, I have not listed this map in this list for the biggest ramp in all of Tanki Online's maps (the biggest ramp is in Polygon) nor for the most places accessible via that ramp; no. I have listed it because it has the weirdest name in comparison to the design of the map. I mean, come on, will year 2042 look like that? This is the concept of the world for the year 2030. The world's concept for 2030 Tanki Online's 2042 :mellow: 8. Massacre Massacre is another beautiful map that is rarely seen. Why is it so unique? Nope, not because of the 'Catch the Repair Kit' mode. Nope, not because it has the most craters in any map in Tanki Online. Nope, not because it is so rare. It is unique because Massacre is the only map in TO in which hills are present. The first thing that comes to your mind right now is the map Hill. The big hill in that map can't be considered a hill right? You drive up, straight and then down. That isn't the characteristic of a hill. But on the contrary, hills in Massacre are rough, have stupid irregular texture that causes you to flip and are roundish in shape. As I stated earlier that Massacre isn't unique for the unofficial 'Catch the Repair Kit' mode being played in it but, it is THE only map in which an unofficial mode is being played. That makes no sense right? A typical 'Catch the Repair Kit' scene in Massacre 7. Madness How come this map is unique? Highest number of pillars in any map? Nope. Madness is the map with the highest number of storeys - a floor; a level on which one stand. There are almost 30-35 levels in Madness. It might also be the map with the highest number of props. One more thing that makes Madness stand out, is its number of Gold Box drop zones. Although the exact number isn't confirmed, many say that Gold Boxes drop in over 50 different locations! Apart from all that, Madness holds the unofficial record for the highest number of tanks falling simultaneously - an amazing 42. It was done last year, but unfortunately, many people weren't taking it serious so the record was never 'filed' in. In real battles, almost 15 tanks fall down every minute and either go through the holes, or face-plant straight into the so-called ground. This map is also unique because of ones of its unusual Gold Box drop zone. In Madness, one drop zone is on a pillar. No other map has its Gold Boxes drop on any major prop; so, Madness is one of a kind! "I believe I can fly..." - A typical scene in Madness 6. Stadium Stadium is literally one of the most fun-to-play maps. Not only it is a stadium itself, it also has two goal-like things opposite to each other and a number of high-reaching stadium lights. The only thing it's missing is a ball :P Stadium has been known to host the highest number of rank-ups and the number is still increasing. In Stadium, nothing is impossible. You can do anything. Another reason for it to be so special is that of its huge area, which provides mine artists a whole canvas free to mine on! These two reason are mainly why Stadium is so unique. Yet another reason why people considered this map to be the best were its Gold Boxes. Before the update after which you could see the Gold Box drop zone, everyone had to literally hide and come out at the last second. If you went in too early. Railguns on the other end would pop up and shoot you. If you went in too late, that's it, you were left behind. Stadium has also hosted many of the Facebook events, including Minigames, Tanki Races and the infamous Shooting Range. The best rank-up in Stadium was probably this. The theme of that rank-up matched perfectly with the map it took place in. It also might've needed huge arrangements and organisation. Yet another rank-up underway in Stadium 5. Polygon The reason why Polygon made it into the Top 5 is because of two reasons: One, it has been ranked the second on the list of most popular maps of the year, 2015 and two, because of it huge battle fund growth and Gold Boxes. Although not 5-sided - as its name suggests - Polygon is a rather fast-paced, medium-sized map that offers huge amounts of funds and Gold Boxes. The reason to Polygon's speedy increase in fund is because of its size. People literally spawn, go to the middle, kill or get killed and then spawn again. Speedy increase in battle fund also accounts for more Gold Boxes. It was found that Polygon CP XP/BP dropped more Gold Box than any other map, mode and format. You can expect 1-2 Gold Boxes in every Polygon match; maybe even more if you are lucky. Polygon is hugely popular in the XP/BP format. Although it has been seen in DM and CTF mode, CP tends to be the most-created. 4. Rio Rio is one of the most beautiful maps in Tanki Online. Not only it has been designed so that all of its components are fair for both teams, but the design of this map is truly alluring. The palm trees gracefully stand tall into the vivid air of Rio, while Isida's and Mammo's fight each other to achieve glory; all this while Christ the Redeemer watches over em all. What makes Rio unique is not because of its balanced components, its design, its graceful palm trees; but its simplicity, its beauty. With full graphics enabled, Rio looks amazing. Although night mode isn't popular, Rio's night mode is incredible. When you shoot a Railgun, every little flicker of its beam is visible through reflected light, plus, it gives a mind-boggling effect as well. Rio is also famous for its huge skyscraper which is also a famous destination for parkourists. Recently, The Flying Parkourists managed to get 4 tanks on top of Rio's skyscraper and hence, broke a world record. They recorded that phenomenal feat and the video can be found here. The houses on the left side of the map ( Suppose Christ the Redeemer is northwards ) also make for awesome and simple, two-man parkour all the way up. The golden beach on the right is generally used for Minigames, rank-ups, mine arts et cetera. Rio is also one of the two only maps which contain a religious object. In Rio, it's Christ the Redeemer. A Smoky - Wasp in hope of securing the landing on top of the skyscraper 3. Duel What is so impressive about Duel that it landed on the number 3 spot in this list? Rio sounded wayyy better didn't it? First of all, Duel is the smallest map in the game. It is so tiny, only 2 players can fit in it. I wonder how they made it? Some lazy dev probably placed 20 props, and BOOM. "There you go Semyon, new map done." What makes Duel more unique is its modes. Duel is only available in DM or TDM mode. There is no difference between them, as you can fit only 2 players. DM or TDM, same thing. Yeah, Duel is tiny, so yeah... That's it for this map! 2. Sandbox Coming up to number 2 spot in this list, we have Sandbox. First, let me clarify that there is absolutely no sand in this map, not even a grain. Some of you probably know this map. It is hugely popular in XP/BP and often hosts clan wars. It can hold 8 players and is somewhat unbalanced - there is a house for cover in the Red base but all you got in the Blue base is them stalking sprites. Sandbox is the most popular map, closely followed by Polygon, Island and Noise. Estimates say that almost 7.7 million Sandboxes were created in 2015 alone. That is one BIG number. This popularity of Sandbox landed it in the number 2 spot! Marvelous! Tankers battling it out in Sandbox 1. Iran Ladies and gentlemen! Tankers and tankeresses! Welcome to the most unique map in all of Tanki Online! Behold... Iran. Iran in one word? I don't even know - stunning, breathtaking, awe-inspiring! Above is a very decent picture of Iran. Look at this map people. Inspire yourselves! Ok, enough. Lets start. Iran is unique in many ways. First of all, it is the one of the two only maps with a religious object. In Rio, it was Christ the Redeemer. In Iran, there is a mosque with intricate blue designs. Secondly, Iran is the only map in which dust in the atmosphere is visible when you turn on 'Fog'. All other maps have fog. In Iran, we have dust. It is way too much - have a look at the exact same picture above, but with 'Fog' enabled this time. The Iran map with 'Fog' enabled. The edge of the map blends in with the sky-box. Another special thing about Iran: It is the only map with flowers. Yep, I went into all ~ 77 maps to support my discovery! Tulips cover most of the middle area, the blue base and some area of the tunnel outlet into the Red base. Flowers in Iran. Beautiful, aren't they? I don't want to make this too specific, but Iran is also the only map with writing other than English and stairs. Iran is also a perfect map for photo-shoots. Open the spoiler below to see what I mean. It is time for me to end this article now dear readers! Go and play in some of these maps and be amazed by their 'uniqueness'! These are truly stupendous! Dusseldorf also had a big block thingy in the middle. Courage had a garage in the middle. Combe had an extra level. A lot of maps were changed. You can easily spot them by using Tanki Online MDK. It has every single map.

Nice article but I totally disagree with 'Famous YouTubers are pro' and 'Majors are a nuiscance' part. Look: Famous YouTubers earn thousands and those above 100k subscribers, earn almost 10k-20k every month. They have soo much money and nothing to do with it so they spend it in this game. This does not mean that they are wasting their money. It is their money, why do you even care? (This was for all people who say that people spending cash in this game are wasting their money). Also, it was his choice to run across the whole map and kill someone again and again. This game wouldn't even exist if people don't spend cash in it. It works that way. No cash, not enough income to run all the websites, the servers etc etc. Why does he have so many drugs? He has already bought M3s and even M4'd some of them. He also has a great number of Tier 3 paints. What is the only thing left? Drugs. Drugs are a part of the game. It is his choice to use 10 of them in a single battle or 1000s of them in a single battle. Then you say that Oufa is useless without drugs. Every single one of the 40 people in Madness are using drugs in this video. That makes every single of those 40 people useless? Oufa also plays XP. I didn't see him missing shots or doing something crazy whenever he plays XP... Be honest, if someone kills you or someone else in a Parkour battle, how many times you have seen yourself or him/her leave the battle quietly and how many times you or him/her have changed equipment, and made the killer cry? Everyone does that. It is not only Oufa that uses drugs. Go to the Ratings page, open some profiles, (open mine if you want) and see. Haters always hate k, haters always hate. People only hate Oufa because they are jealous because of the money he spends. Stop spreading hate please. And don't call anyone a kid. You don't know who might be on the other side. There could be an old man, a father, a girl, an 8yr old. It might hurt their feelings. Plus, you are saying that Contra bought kits at a low rank. Oufa also bought kits at a low rank. The only difference is, that Tanki is paying Contra money to buy things but Oufa is paying Tanki to buy. There is nothing to hate about. If Tanki wouldn't pay Contra, then his job would be useless. If buyers don't pay Tanki, Tanki wouldn't even exist. Simple :) What about Majors are a nuisance? Look I don't want this to be a whole article. But when you reach Commander +, you will truly see why Majors are a nuisance in XP/BP battles. For now, you won't understand.

Polygon CP XP/BP Gold Box: Not much skill involved, just did the flick thingy and got onto someone, then turned my hull and took. Anyways, this is 1 out of the only 2 golds I saw in the last week. Anyways, not the appropriate topic, but Stormbringer or Destroyer?

To all that think that buying Euro paints is a loss: It is not a loss. All teams have made it into the semi-finals. So, if you participated in the Euro Frenzy thing, you will get 15k if your team loses. That's a profit of 5k. If your team wins, you get 25k if it loses in the finals. That's a profit of 15k. If your team wins, you get 50k. A profit of 40k. Plus, if you have seen the V-LOG, you will also get 20k crystals if you bought the paint of the team who will win. So, that adds up to 60k. A 60k profit! Aaaand, if you are lucky enough to correctly predict the top scorer, you will get almost 80k crystals in profit. So go buy those paints noobs xD
