    [Story] Anima (Part 1)

Approved! Edits:- 1. Looks like you wrote this one in a hurry - which is okay on side but becomes vulnerable to a lot of mistakes. I have corrected some five grammatical errors, one spelling. 2. Following the above point, two rephrases have been made where the original sentence made no sense at all. 3. Standardized font to Trebuchet M3S, font size 14. 4. Italicized and profiles changed to ease distinctness. Feedback: Well written, enjoyed but I do think you need to write a bit more in each part, because as far as this story's going, it will be a big story. So, in a nutshell:

Tanki Picture of the Day - Have any?

One of their team's Marshal left. First he was tempting us as well as taunting us to attack by saying 'cry' or 'noob come attack scared noobs'. I captured the fourth flag to make it 3-4, and he ran. What kids <_<

[Issue 65] Top Ten Tanki: Things You Didn't Know

There are many things in the game and in its spheres that only quite a few people know about; probably due to they being unpopular or just the mere fact that they doesn't appear in conversations ever so often. From comments in profile feeds to broken Gold Box drop zones, here are ten things not many people knew existed. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________________ 10. The 'Section Navigator': Right off the bat, at number ten, we have the 'Section Navigator'. Ever wanted to shift to another thread from one without going all the way via the main forum? Say no more, sit back and open the Quick Navigation Panel! It can be opened by clicking on the pin on the top-right side of the forum. Upon clicking, a pop-up menu will appear on your screen. This menu will have two tabs, named 'Community' and 'Forums'. First up, 'Forums'. If you click on it, a list of every main and sub-thread will appear, each one when clicked, will take you to that specific section. A big advantage of this is when you want to carry multi-quoted posts over to another thread and answer them there. To do this, you will need to click the posts you want to multi-quote, open the Navigator, select the thread in which the topic you want to reply in exists, open that topic and reply. It's easy as that; and quite simple too. Next, 'Community'. Upon clicking it, a list of three clickable links will appear: 'View New Content', 'Registered Members' and 'Member Status Updates'. Two of these are explained below, while the third one, 'Member Status Updates' - an entirely different subject - is explained in another heading. View New Content: Registered Members: 9. Administrators' Profile Feed Dump: Remember when I said to click 'Community', three other links popped up? I have already mentioned two of those, but the last one, 'Member Status Updates', is an entirely different thing. Everyone of you must've seen an administrators' status, which appears on the top right side of their profile. It's a privilege given only to administrators, as it greatly helps in making sure they get the appropriate questions or material by other users. For example, here's the profile feed - or status - of our beloved Potatrica: Now, when you open someone's profile, you open the default tab, 'Overview'. These tabs are listed on the left side of the forum profile. Here, you can see various other tabs, such as 'Likes', 'Topics', 'Posts' and 'Profile Feed'. If you click on 'Profile Feed', you will see a history of every status update the user had made. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'View All Updates →'. This will lead you to a page where you can see all of that users' statuses ever updated. Here are some examples: You see, our beloved admin did like to go on vacation a lot, giving poor M4jH0L-AFG and Damn_Slow the jobs for a week. Getting back on track, this is just one users' updates. Did you know there was a page that listed all users' updates? Well, click on 'Member Status Updates' and it will lead you to that very page. If you want to go there right now, click here. That page shows you every status update a user makes; so basically, it's a dump of their profile feeds. And, bonus time. If you go to Page 6 of that thread, you will see the first status ever made, on October 3rd, 2012. A legendary status in my opinion; looks like Impale was happy when he got that privilege. Good game mate, hell yeah! 8. Comments on Profile Feeds: So now you know about profile feeds, status updates and a dump of every status update ever made. But, did you know that you're also able to comment on ones' profile feed? Well, not technically you, because only people with profile feed privileges are able to comment on profile feeds. Here's a wonderful example of power abuse much commenting on profile feeds: 7. Alternates to the Search Engine: Need to find a dead topic in the forum but the search engine isn't working, even if you set some filters? Well, the most common alternate to the search engine is... Google. That's right, Google, which is the most-used, the most accurate as well as the fastest search engine available, can be used to search for topics in the forum. The thing is, searching for a keyword in the forum for a topic can take lots of time, but with Google, you just need to type in the name of the topic and voila, there you have it. Here are some examples, which evidently point to Google as a better option for finding topics. Do note that searching for an obvious topic name such as 'Tanki Photo of the Day' or 'Real Photo' in the forum search engine will also render in correct results. 6. Complete Profile Information: As of 10th May, the developers added some more numbers in the Ratings page. Previously, you had to go to a special link to find all of these numbers, but now, they are merely present in the normal profile. The special link was http://ratings.tankionline.com/get_stat/profile/?user= where you needed to put your username in front of "user='. You can still get some information from that link which isn't present in the profile; such as grades and score bases, both of which are obvious and can be calculated from within the original profile. The difference between both is... nothing at all! The script - which is accessed by the link - is just presented in a graphic, or dynamic way in the profile. This is shown below: 5. Top Posters of the Day: Okay, let's be honest - we all love to flood don't we? Increasing our post counts and profile views through spam is pretty much child play. Just go to the off-topic section, comment anything on whatever topic you like and then top it off with an entry to every forum game available; and there you go, your daily goal of a hundred posts has been achieved. But, did you know that there is a hidden ongoing competition between posters? Just like the Ratings page, there's a Top 20 Posters of the Day page that, obviously, shows the top twenty posters and their percentage in total forum posts. It looks like this: 4. The 'Forum Help' Section: Have you noticed the 'Forum Help' hyperlink at the top of the forum lately? It appears right here, alongside 'Forum' and 'Members': It's basically there for help, tailored specifically for people who just began using the forum. It even contains information not many people previously knew about; such as descriptions of various symbols, making rows, columns or combining them both to make a table and so on. If you click on that button, it will take you a separate page, under the name of 'View Help Topics'. The main thread is then divided into nine other sub-threads. These are: Read this before you start!Initial guide to the forum - contains information regarding user types, major threads and various other help subjects regarding the forum. A must read for any forum beginner. Your SettingsA complete guide to your settings. Editing contact information, notifications, followed content and ignore preferences all are explained here. Contacting the Staff and HelpersA guide to the member list and member profiles, including profile content and contacting members. Also contains descriptions of various moderator classes, way or reporting a post and various links to forms for specific reasons. Logging In and OutExplains logging in and out from the board, remaining anonymous and not being shown on the active users list and what to do if you forget your password. SearchingSimple - an article on using the Search feature. 3. Clans & Tags Ever since clan licenses came out, we all have been making clans with all sorts of names and tags. In fact, numbers suggest that there are well over five hundred clans active in the game right now - that's a big number! Five hundred, each multiplied by the licenses' price, amounts to around $18000, so yeah. But, as we are humans, we are prone to typos and errors as well, and we all might've seen a clan tag that nobody wants; just because it is too vague, bad or just isn't cutting it. Did you know that you can actually change your clan tag and name? All you need to do is contact help@tankionline.com, be nice and ask them to change your clan tag formally. They'll ask for some details and then change your tag, and if asked, clan name too. Another thing not many people knew is that the Supreme Leader of the clan, that is the person who actually paid and bought the clan license, can't leave the clan. In order to make or join a new clan, the Supreme Leader of the clan has to kick all members and then disband the clan. Once the clan is disbanded, it can't be returned. Note that changing your clan name and/or clan tag is a paid service, and doing so costs 100 000 . Under the spoiler, you can see an example on how to change your clan name or its tag: 2. A Little Insight: Shhh, I'm about to reveal some stuff. I'm sure you've all wanted to learn about moderators; what they do, what they see and so on. Well, today, I'm letting you all in on three of the most basic things every moderator class shares. So, buckle up and enjoy the read, for this is the first time you might be seeing some of this stuff. Topic Moderation Tools: Hidden Posts and Topics: The Staff Room: 1. A Gold Box Which Only Wasps & Hornets Can Take: General rules for designing a map provide that every place on the map must be reachable by every hull - and yes, Mammoth's included. They also state that all spawn locations and drop locations must be 'roomy' enough in order to allow each and every hull to easily spawn and grab supply boxes. But, could more than seventy maps prove to be just too much for the developers? Each one should be perfectly stabilized, balanced and evenly propped. So is it possible that a random drop location was left behind? Well, the answer is, yes. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________________________________________________________ So those were ten things not many people knew about. Did I miss any other secretly living option or ability behind? Let us know in the comments below! I hope you enjoyed reading this article and learned quite a bit if you hadn't already. Also, if you'd like me to continue this series, drop a top ten suggestion and I'll definitely look into it. Till then, see you!
  9. Let's rekt the cricketers in views and posts people! Also, really hyped to see the remaining league matches!

    Easy Gold: Nice result:
  12. This is probably a new bug, they'll be fixing this soon; unless they make it a "Tankopocalypse" and give us 2x funds like last time.
  13. Sorry for the delays in adding all of you applicants! Added new members: @78190-facebook78 @Savage Managing two jobs right now, kinda busy. Will definitely try to step up the game in here! Believe it or not, I actually forgot this topic existed lol.

Bought Dictator: Dropped a Gold, took it lol: One more:
  16. Most of these are incorrect, as the places they are used in allow for them to be used that way. Thanks for the supportive feedback!
  17. Approved! Edits:- A couple of grammatical errors, including spellings, tenses and so on. Changed '8' to 'eight', because it looks better and continuous. Epic, looking forward to this!

I guess no one noticed the 1k page :D
  19. No, 700-2000. You can try to cut or remove the "extra parts", such as sidelines or unnecessary descriptions.
  20. I can't help but agree. The next contest of this type will surely have rank tiers and the suggestions you made.
  21. Maybe you should put this up as an idea in I&S.
