The time zone doesn't matter as your browser will be automatically set to the correct region. The error usually happens when the date/time on your PC is wrong as mentioned. Developers have previously mentioned there are additional payment processing costs for different countries hence the price discrepancy.

While I don't doubt that Tanki's objective is to maximise returns I am not sure they would be investing so much development time for new features if they were expecting a 'tipping point'. How long are you waiting? Once you clear your cache things will take longer to load first time as everything needs to be re-downloaded to your cache.

Its possibly trying to load you in the same battle which may be glitched, give it a few minutes so you get removed from the battle for inactivity and try again. If not, try a different browser.
