Do you have links to the data sheets for those GPUs? They don't seem to exist. Maybe you are confusing them with the GT710 and GT730, both of which cannot run anywhere near full graphics at 60fps.

It will depend on how many teams survive.

Certain maps are removed from the Battle! button. However there isn't an official list of which ones are excluded so I cannot be too sure. I believe the main reason for excluding small maps is because they simply don't integrate well with the battle creation algorithm as they can't hold enough players, thus a decision was made to keep them PRO only.

I've had a lot of issues playing Tanki with Edge and find it plays best with the official downloable client or Standalone Flash Player. Even Chrome has major issues with Flash as the tech is outdated.
