Private battles were probably the main issue. I do agree that it would be cool to see missions and DBF in XP/BP battles though.

They stated before that it is to discourage powerleveling. To be honest if active development stops the game dies. Though developers have said in the past that their final goal is to have any player enter the game click 'Play' and have a good time, it is a loose goal but a sensible one in my opinion.

You need to gather a team of upto 4 people and record a parkour video as per the rules then submit it into the special form.

The people who bought it during the time it was in the garage get to keep it (not forever). But it cannot be purchased anymore.

A glitch caused it to appear in garages earlier than intended. It has since been removed.

This is a known glitch after the unified battle list update. Developers are working to fix it :)
