Basically its a team voting system to report hackers and violators. At least 25% of the players in a battle must have submitted a /vote complaint for the report to be sent to battle moderator, the moderator will then enter the battle anonymously and take any actions if required against the violator, once a battle mod has completed his/her analysis a message will appear in chat along with any bans or kicks that may have been handed out. The message that appears when your report is sent to a moderator: The message that appears when the moderator has checked the report: Be aware that a moderator may sometimes not come into battle with complaints. I have a UMI Z, officially they will only sell in China but you can have them imported which is what I did. They all carry the same trend of earlier unlock rank = cheaper price. Not individually but averaged across all the prices and ranks. Railgun M2 for example is used in XP/BP which is something alot of players want to try, therefore it costs slightly more than Firebird even though it has an earlier unlock rank. (Possibly so players can get interested in XP/BP early) There are many more factors for item pricing including ones I dont know.

I gave the example of eSports in my original reply so I'll elaborate on that. A spectator account if held by a clan member participating in an eSports tournament could invite the spectator to the match and spy on the opposition team and relay the info to his clan mates effectively ruining the opposition's potential surprise tactics. Aside of technical limitations even eSports livestreams sometimes have a mandatory excess delay on them to prevent cheating. Since TX does not have private battles yet this isn't an issue for them but when they do and eSports grows there they'll have to find a solution for themselves.

Spectator in TO is far more powerful than in TX, and can be abused especially during eSports matches and similar events which work quite differently in TX. Besides, they are different games so I see no reason to compare them.

Prices for equipment are generally based on their unlock rank and effectiveness amongst other things, the earlier a piece of equipment unlocks the cheaper it will be as lower ranks tend to be able afford less than higher ranks.
