I've had random input lag issues with Edge and many other players have reported the same. Try changing to another browser and if the problem disappears you know Edge is at fault.

Are you using Chrome? If so you'll probably have to change browser as the latest version of Chrome sometimes freezes background Flash tasks when you switch tabs in an effort to make browsing faster.

They wont be affected at all, gifts and promo codes are entirely different.

RU, DE, EN & PL communities are together meaning you can log in on eachother's forums and a nickname can only be used once across ALL those communities. BR & ES are also together but separate from the RU, DE, EN & PL cluster. All other communities are independant. So basically you could have Ninja on EN and Ninja on BR and they would be two different accounts, but Ninja on EN & RU would be the same account.

Did you try clearing your cache?

That would be far too overpowered, essentially you would have Mammoth M4 with DA in Wasp, impossible to kill if stealing the flag. Again, overpowered. Would be even worse than the old RK.
