I have a similar problem, thought it was only on my side. Thanks for reporting, hopefully it'll get fixed soon.

From the past couple of days.

You did not win anything. Winners are picked randomly, not everyone who entered wins something.

The chat violations section has been closed. You must now use the ignore feature in-game to block players who annoy you. A special review on it's closure with more detail can be found here: [special Review] Chat Violations Section Closure

Its a common glitch, players usually receive their crystals after reloading the game or upon the server restart.

Since Patch Update #451 it is only possible to complete missions in non-PRO battles. Make sure you do them in non-PRO battle and it will work.

Are you sure you are trying to do them in non-Pro battles? The battles highlighted in Red are Pro battles and have icons next to them. The battles highlighted in Blue are non-Pro battles which you can do missions in.

I like the sound of micro upgrading on the app, should be interesting.

Pro battles have an option to turn MUs on or off. If this icon is shown it indicates that MUs are enabled. More information here: Creating a battle.
