There was a bug which allowed players to use the 'Shift' button in battles where drugs were turned off. That appears to have gone now.

This bug has already been reported, hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Edit: Bug appears to be fixed after the restart.

The current version won't work since it is based on Flash based though developers will probably release a new HTML5 client. Bear in mind the latter part is pure speculation since there is no official information about this.

This is a glitch, kits should be back soon. As Coop said, nobody other than the developers know how to improve your ratings other than that you have to play well. The information isn't released to stop players abusing the system and improving their ratings through bogus methods as happened with the previous ratings system resulting in it's removal.
