Its a little complicated so let me explain: Railgun works on a semi randomised damage graph which has a minimum, average and maximum damage. Railgun will most likely deal the average damage but it can occasionally deal minimum and maximum damage. When it deals minimum damage that means that sometimes you will need 3 shots to kill a light hull. You cannot control wether you deal minimum, average or maximum damage manually unless you buy the Shell Stabilisation alteration for Railgun. The voting system sends a notification to Battle Mods when at least 25% of the players in a battle vote a single player. Even when 25% vote Battle Mods may not always be avaliable, they might be offline or dealing with other reports.

That sounds like an issue with your keyboard called keyboard ghosting, it can only take in a certain set of inputs at the same time. You can test if this is the issue by pressing BOTH Shift keys at the same time and typing in "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog". If your keyboard does not type all the letters then you know its ghosting. There are two ways to try to fix this; buy a gaming keyboard with anti ghosting features, or if you're willing to experiment you can open game settings and try swapping around your control keys to a set on your keyboard that don't ghost as much as the default controls. (ghosting varies with every keyboard and combination of keys pressed)

Of course they don't have to be real money, but money has to come from somewhere and personally I wish Tanki would make all these sort of cosmetic blings for the shop only rather than releasing actual P2W stuff which effect gameplay.

All battle list battles are PRO battles, they do not count as you need to play non-PRO battles. Non-PRO battles can only be played using the Battle! button.
