Sounds like a hacker so if its possible when you encounter another next time you can record the hacker and report them in the game violations section: Game violations. Read the Game Violations Section Rules before doing so. There isn't much you can do about it without recording as hackers generally leave the battle so there isn't a chance to use the /vote function.

Nobody gets a gift regardless of however long they've been playing, not sure where you got that info from.

Rankup parties don't get you banned. Powerlevling does.

If deemed as powerlevling or against the rules, yes it is punishable. Otherwise, obviously you are allowed to use Isida to heal your teammates.

The matchmaking system will only be for non-PRO battles. There are also plans to remove the PRO pass completely when matchmaking is implemented so you will be able to create PRO battles without it.

I don't think theres really much point bringing anymore updates to the map system with matchmaking coming so soon.
