The announcement specifies "for accounts that have been used to purchase crystals, the minimum period of inactivity is extended to 3 years from the date of the last purchase". From my understanding this mean ONLY crystal purchases will extend the period, not kits, bundles etc. The best thing to do would be to contact the Help Desk and ask them this question since there doesn't seem to be any info on it.

It is a rare bug that happens occasionally. A gold box falls.and someone takes it but it doesn't register on your screen and the gold box stays there. While in fact the gold box was taken a long time ago (this is why you see no one else trying to take it) It's happened to me once and the best thing you can do is report it in the Bugs and Glitches topic. You won't receive any compensation regardless of how many players want you to. Thats not how the Help Desk make decisions, sorry. In future please use the Complaint Book for any complaints you may have. Closed.
