Other servers didn't restart yet? Look at the 30 mins battle I screened. Why would other servers not of restarted back then?

Well I was going to Switch servers to EN2 when... erm where is the servers?? Is it just me? I don't think i was lagging at all... Comment of what you think about this and how to fix it.
