It must be the strongest turret since Artillery has a very long gun that is longer than Shaft, so its missile will travel faster, further and inflict more damage due to its high velocity of splash damage.

I hope that the 8th March 2017 is the release date of Artillery.

Artillery must be the strongest turret in Tanki Online. There is no point on having Artillery as a weak turret. It must be the strongest, keeping the game balance fairly optimized.

The explosion radius of the Artillery turret must be huge in size so that it can cause lots of damage to multiple tanks at once.

I think "Mortar" would be a good name to use for the Artillery turret.

Yes. I know that splash damage is the primary purpose due to its high impact force of blasting splash damage, but the Artillery turret still needs to deal the highest amount of damage than all the other turrets in Tanki Online.

Please understand that the Artillery turret must deal the most damage due to its long reload time. Shaft will be second.

Well. Its not because I have M4 Freeze and Isida that I expect it to be stronger. It is because M4 Isida was too weak before the re-balance update and M4 Freeze needs to have 10% more freezing effect. The damage of Freeze is just right. The reason why the Artillery must be the strongest turret is because it takes some time to reload between shots. So when firing a shot, it will be capable of instantly destroy a light and medium hull and do heavy damage to heavy hulls.

There are three hulls that needs to have more HP than they actually have. The developers of Tanki Online must make the following change to (Dictator, Titan and Mammoth) so that they are strong enough in battles. At the moment, they feel brittle like Wasp and Hornet. That's not good. The only parameter of (Dictator, Titan and Mammoth) that needs to be changed is its armor. All the other parameters must remain the same as now. Dictator This hull at M4 level has a maximum of 3000 HP. That is too weak for this hull. Please increase the maximum level of HP to 4000 for M4 Dictator. This hull absolutely needs more HP of health so that it has a better chance surviving enemy attacks when gold hunting gold boxes. Titan The name says it all. Titan needs to have 4500 HP at M4 level, rather than the usual 4000 HP. This hull only needs to have an extra +500 HP of health because it has a medium armor that is between Dictator and Mammoth. Mammoth Mammoth is the strongest hull in Tanki Online. This hull needs to have a maximum of 5000 HP at M4 level, so that it can withstand heavy firing and be able to stand king in battles. For example, when playing in CTF mode, Mammoth needs to be strong so that it can safeguard the flag against enemies trying to steal it. Please make those three hulls (Dictator, Titan and Mammoth) stronger with the number of HP I have mentioned above. At the moment, those three heavy hulls feel like cardboard boxes being squashed under enemy fire. They are too weak and needs to be buffed up again with more HP of health. The amount of total HP of health that I have mentioned above for (Dictator, Titan and Mammoth) are only for M4 modification. All the other hulls, light and medium are perfect as they stand now. They don't need any change in any of there parameters. Thank you. -

Freeze and Firebird effects (too weak) Freeze The damage of Freeze and Firebird is perfectly balanced and has just the right level of power. The freeze effect of Freeze is a bit too weak. Please increase the freeze effect of Freeze by 10% so that it can better freeze enemies so that they cannot rotate their turrets or drive away when freezing them. Firebird The damage level of Firebird is perfect and well balanced out with other turrets. However, the afterburn effect of Firebird is far too weak to continue its burning effect after Firebird finishes burning an enemy tank. The current afterburn effect of Firebird is almost at 0%. Too bad!!! Please increase the burning effect of Firebird to something like 20 to 25% so that its burning effect has good damaging effect even after the burning of Firebird has stopped. Apart from those two turrets (Freeze and Firebird), all of the other turret's parameters are perfectly balanced out with each other. -
Bombard is a good name. I would consider a name called Gunfire.

I hope that this re-balance update will be perfect and that all the three turrets that were altered works according to plan. Isida After a long dispute in previous re-balance updates I had with the developers and other players on this forum, I am now happy and congratulated on the new re-balance update for Isida. My dream has come true!!! I am so delighted that Isida will now become more powerful due to its extreme nerfing from previous re-balance updates. Isida self-healing has completely disappeared, so now it cannot heal its own hull due to stealing players health to heal it own hull. Vampirism has now gone. I hope that the M3 Alteration for Isida will put back self-healing again so that players can play with an older version of Isida just for fun. The energy pool of Isida for attacking an enemy is 5 seconds long. That is too short. It must be expanded to 10 seconds like before. The energy pool of Isida for healing a team mate in team battles is 10 seconds long. That is perfect. Now I hope that M4 Isida will be very powerful as it should be in battles. I also hope that M4 Isida's range will be long enough so that it can be effective in team battles in CP mode on the Polygon map. Hammer The Hammer turret was a bit overpowered before, but will still keep its super-power at M4 level by sacrificing some of its pellets and reload time. Hammer will now have its pellets bounce of surfaces only once so that it can have some kind of splash damage effect. That effect is good for damaging enemies hiding behind walls. Shaft I have previously complained about Shaft being too weak at long range. Now this is over. Shaft will now be more powerful at long range and deal more damage. In arcade more, Shaft will become weaker, so that it can compensate and be better used at long range. Big maps like Highways, will make it a better usage experience for Shaft long-range aiming at enemies. Shaft must be very strong at M4 level and when used in long range battles. Thank you very much for a positive re-balance update that the developers greatly took care on carefully creating a perfect balance maintaining the strong power of those three turrets (Isida, Hammer and Shaft), among all the other turrets. -
Just as a reminder, the name that properly soots the "Artillery" turret is "Self Propelled Missiles". The "Self Propelled Missiles", will shoot and fire a single missile shot by having the turret rotate up and down. The developers have chosen the up and down mechanism so that the "Self Propelled Missiles", (Artillery) turret works in a very different way than all the other turrets in Tanki Online. When aiming at enemies, there is a laser beam like Shaft and Striker. The longer you press and hold the spacebar, the further the show will travel and the splash damage will also be more powerful than other turrets. I have already explained that on the first page of this topic. This is just a reminder to refresh your memory.

Putting a marker where the shot will land is a good idea. I haven't thought of this, but it will help players get their kill after taking the shot.

This will also encourage more players to buy the Artillery turret, just as they did with the Striker turret when it was at 50% off on the day of the sale.
