You can report a violator in Game Violations section, by providing a proof such as screenshots or video. But video is much more better and efficient proof than screenshots. But before you do that please read ****GAME VIOLATIONS SECTION RULES***** Since you don't have any kind of proof of violation, your complaint can not be taken into consideration.
