I am a clan leader myself, and I'll just tell you a few qualities + drawbacks to look for. 1. He can enforce the rules and make it clear he's boss but still have the members relate to him. Unlike what Tanki's doing rn In short, he's no pushover but doesn't go overboard and knows the fine line. 2. He can negotiate and compromise Dealmaking is important for a leader, and really gives them some albiet limited control of outside circumstances. 'Nuff said. 3. He's gotta be liked and trusted If you trust your leader, you'll do lots better in wars. Promise. 4. He's got to be active Coming on once a week and posting once a month doesn't help anyone.
