I am so disappointed - they nerfed the rotation speed.

A lot of times the players are good in no-kill gold box drops, you can pass by a whole group of enemies without a single shot being fired upon, but there always seems to be one butthead who will take potshots at an opposing tank during this "unspoken truce".

Back as WO2 I used Firebird as a training device to force myself to turn my turret in close combat situations. I selected this non-projectile turret because of its afterburn (yeah, I was fried a lot of times even though I had already killed my Firebird opponent). From Recruit to WO2 I hated this turret and thought it was the weakest of all turrets. But I got to know the turret better. It's not made for all maps, but if you select the right battles, it can dominate - at least the area you patrol if not the battle itself. Now I have been using it pretty exclusively from WO3 to present.

I never tried that combo. It's Viking for me. On lower accounts I use Wasp/Firebird because of the Fun Factor. :lol: B)

I used Sakura a lot for Massacre CTF. I found Spark to be very useful for Polygon CP and Esplanade CTF. Then later I acquired Loam and use it as a primary paint. If someone were shooting a video of the battle, I will change to Eternity - version 2 doesn't have the best protection or might not be the correct type of protection for the current battle, but hey, I'll be on film. This is all using Firebird/Viking only. My secondary turret is Twins. My profile would say otherwise since I have used Railgun 90% of the time from SGT to WO3.

Spark: along with Rico protection (so you protect yourself from yourself), it also has Firebird and Twins protection, two of the most commonly used turrets at your level - what with all the Firewalls and Minotaurs running around. :lol:
