The next vulnerable group is those with pre-existing conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and/or lung disease. That's about it in a nutshell. Coronavirus or not, it is best practice to ALWAYS wash your hands - not necessarily limited to the toilet, but also after shaking hands, touching public surfaces and tying your shoes.

When this alternate shot hits, does it remove the target's buff and then cause the extra damage or does it do it's regular damage and remove the buff after?

OK, so I wasn't seeing things when I was testing out the Lifesaver drone - it actually saved me from a Shaft shot (+Booster+HC) of 15,000 dmg while not wearing any Modules and DA was off.
