What do you mean by 'nerfed'? Fire Immunity prevents Vulcan from overheating (and disables Incendiary Band in the process). I just tried it on a private map and fired for 4 minutes straight without overheating. It makes Vulcan the new Twins.

The challenge is 24 hours and (at least half) the players are unable to change their equipment. Time is ticking.... Or will Tanki be gracious enough to extend the time because of this issue that is not the fault of the players?

K/D doesn't tell the whole story. A low K/D could mean the player is a parkourist as deaths in that mode count on your K/D. Or it could mean the player is an aggressive player. A high K/D could mean the player is a camper or spams the repair kit button. From what I have seen, a good active player will almost always have more reward than experience points per battle, irrelevant of what their K/D is.

With Heat Resistance you can pretty much fire forever with Vulcan. It's the new Twins.

At the lower levels (before sergeant) there are players grouping (2-4) with all of them having Dictator for the hull and the same turret (all have either Thunder or Railgun). The battle soon becomes very, very lopsided. There's no counter to a Dictator pair/group at that level.
