I'm just saying you can move while targeting. A noob is as a noob does. :)

Meant for causing massive damage to one with a little collateral to those close by. It would be too OP if it were a one-shot killer in targeting-mode - just like the old Shaft was before they added the laser. Gauss appears to be a natural predator - picking off the injured and weak. On the splash damage, best bet is that it was nerfed so it would not cross over to the specific characteristic of Thunder and Magnum. If Gauss had all those powers/numbers combined from those turrets, it would make Thunder, Shaft, and maybe Magnum obsolete. I'm actually glad that Shaft is still the one that causes the most damage in one-shot.
-
You sure about that? Try using it as if it were Striker, not Shaft.
-
The curve climbs steeply at M4. Shaft is still the big daddy when it comes to one-shot kills. Gauss was not meant for that.

Or Set - the Egyptian god of chaos

But your Mammoth is M0.

What is the damage like?
-
You're right. They probably need to price it properly before they release it.
-
One could be "Assassin" - Hornet/Gauss No beam to give away your position while you strip the target of all its protection.

Will there be any Gauss Kits in the Shop after tonight's reboot?
-
M2 looks like a Prime.

They want us to die faster so we would be somewhat forced to use/buy supplies to stay alive a bit longer. That is why the limit to only 3 modules.

Get Legend first and then contemplate on the other two after.

That animated cow paint, tho.

Well, then... Apparently it was destiny that our paths have crossed.....

It's pretty good when paired with Hornet (the hull's OD ability to strip any and all of your opponent's protections from your turret for 20 seconds). But it looks like it will become obsolete with the new Gauss turret coming out. Gauss has two shot modes: Quick - somewhat like a lesser Thunder, splash and all Targeting - uses Striker aiming system but WITHOUT the laser; damage is supposed to be similar to Magnum (including splash damage) Gauss is supposed to come out sometime this summer.

There is an "All M0 equipment" bundle you can buy in the shop as recruit.

It's a Thunder with a Striker targeting system to deliver a super-shot that damages as much as a Magnum. The selling point is, unlike Striker and Shaft, its targeting system doesn't have a beam. You can camp and use this as a real sniper turret. But something tells me they will add the targeting beam.
-
You notice that it has the same target locking mechanism as Striker but WITHOUT the beam. With the kind of damage it is proposed to do under this mode AND remain hidden, who wouldn't want the Gauss turret? I can see one of these two scenarios happening: 1. From a sales point: Gauss will be available without the beam (key point) and make a huge amount of sales, and afterwards they will say it is too OP and add the beam. 2. They will release Gauss with the beam, but there will be fewer with this turret.
