It's as I predicted - tanki as flogging the game to make as much money as possible out of it before it goes kaput. The game has become very boring, in my opinion. Drones and supplies are quick fixes and stratergy and skill have all but disappeared. It's all played out on the same few maps - again very boring. PRO battles are the solution for F2P players like myself but those aren't what they used to be because most F2P players have left the game.

Difficult to say because I have every turret and hull at M3, 3 x M4s and most of the paints :) I would probably buy the drone that plants 5 mines then make mammoth and ricochet M4.

I have mammoth at 5/20 and titan at 10/20. I think titan is better overall and more intimidating, but I prefer how mammoth looks :). I don't know if the hull alterations will ever come out... players have been waiting maybe a year of more for that update.

I think hammer is annoying because it can destroy M4 viking in 1 second with duplet (although firebird and freeze are also insanely powerful). To stop being killed so easily by hammer I bought 1000+ double armor in the 50% sale... first time I've ever done that. I didn't have enough crystals for the hammer protection module and I bet tanki will make duplet weaker soon and then something else will become more powerful. From now on I will always look to buy supplies in the sales. Drones are probably out of reach for me because the best are expensive to buy and MU. I have 1736 batteries gathering dust in my garage.

Plasma accelerators is a bargain at 20,000 crystals... but when did twins plasma go back to green?

I only have a noob core i3 processor so I often only have one tab open (don't want the game to crash).

You already have shaft M2 which is quite strong so I would go for hammer (I hate that weapon).

It's one of those things... sometimes it won't seem strong but then in another battle it will seem very strong. You need to change your turret based on the map and the opposition protection modules. There are very few turrets that no one ever uses protection against (typically vulcan and magnum these days).

I have had to dust off my Wolf M0 protection. The duplet alteration is seriously annoying and I'm sick of these big headed hammers thinking they are untouchable. I'm in favour of 100% recoil. When a hammer shoots (with duplet) it flips off the map and self-destructs.

Drones are the new M4 (M5?). I personally have 3 x M4 but supplies will always trump microupgrades and drones are like supplies on steroids.

Games are dominated by buyers more than ever and its on the same few boring maps over and over again. Ridiculous drones than plant mines in multiples of five and drones that allow a tank to repair EVEN IF they have just used a repair kit (this may also be followed by overdrive - meaning a tank can repair 3 times in quick succession). Duplet is too strong and generally the game is a complete snore fest dominated by brain dead buyers.

You and me both know that there's hackers / cheaters but we are wasting our breath as people here will deny it. My only complaint is the game is getting more boring. It's the same few matchmaking maps all the time and PRO battles are very quiet. I can view the entire list of PRO battles without scrolling down - that's how quiet it is. Add to this, the New Years map is deathmatch only so again no variety. I can't see myself playing much in 2019 as it's getting really repetitive and boring. Also nothing left to work towards as I have all M3/M4.

Freeze M3 (5/20) > Firebird M4. I tried it in other battles too.

I like compact fuel tanks as afterburn adds another dimension to the turret.

I wrote a long reply and the forum signed me out :angry: I will go for round destabilisation first... it's the most exciting with 90% DMG increase and a snip at 55k. Electromagnetic accelerator scout could be good in PRO battles... 2 s reload time? Hyperspace rounds I'm not too impressed by. It's rare that lots of tanks are lined up plus most people have protection anyways. Plus I don't have 180k :ph34r:

Just had a quick game with some helpful isidas. :D It seems assault mode is good for vulcan because the team is concentrated in one area = more chance of getting healed.

Sooo, what are the best railgun alterations? I've been using large calibre rounds since it came out (maybe 2 years ago)? I use it 100% of the time. I'm interested in Electromagnetic accelerator "scout" and destabilisation rounds. From what I can gather, electromagnetic accelerator scout will do 800-960 DMG and fire in 3.2 s, with 50% less charge time... seems good. That is at least 1600 DMG every 3.2 s on supplies. Destabilisation rounds... I think it can do anything from 1 DMG up to 3040 DMG and 20% extra impact force... but no details on how often it will do max damage. Which is best?

I got the alteration "Incendiary band" yesterday. The afterburn isn't as good as I was expecting and seems to last only a few seconds... does afterburn time increase according to microupgrade level? I only have vulcan at 5/20 so is it worth taking it to 10/20 steps?
