Warning points are related to the Forum and they are something like pre-ban. They are for the smaller violations, stored forever as a reminder of your actions against the Rules. More warning points for the same violation will lead to a ban. And yes, you can play the game even if you have warning points. Closed.

What do you mean by It's not opening? Is the client not opening or you can't Join battles? It'd be helpful if you could elaborate.

You'd have to type in Armenian, to conclude it basically means something along the line- "Any Armenians?" sort of, you could check this out.

Well, if you write it as one word with cyrillic, it means "science" but in tanki players just write it as hay ka and it's an Armenian greeting, apparently.

Yup.

It's most likely because you might have a slow Internet connection, If you download the client for the very first time or clear It's cache, It essentially deletes all the game files and refreshes the client and thus when you launch the client, It starts downloading the game files which could take take some time if you have slow Internet but usually doesn't take all that long. In case the loading takes way too long, please try to play the game via the Web version.
