Hello, this is due to a recent update to magnum. Now magnum in default will turn like any other turret ( Horizontally ) at an angle of 12 degrees, To move magnum like before the update ( Vertically/ up and down), You need to buy the Reinforced gun carriage Augment for magnum. A few other minor tweaks have been done to magnum, details can be found in the patch notes. Please try disabling mouse controls in the settings to play with Ares via the keyboard.

It's just inverted between the two, now if you use Reinforced gun Carriage, the turret will be moving vertically as it is now without augments, and when you will play magnum without augments it will be like today's magnum with Reinforced gun Carriage augment, They just swapped between each other to make Mobile players more comfortable using Magnum since it's quite tough to use in Mobile. As well the default angle is not set to 12 degrees. View the Patch notes.

Checked on the client as well, It's working as it should be. Don't mind me asking, do you play from the browser or the client version?
