Why not reverse the PRO Pass? If you want to go into drug wars, then pay for it. If buyers can pay for drugs, they can pay for a cartel carnival as well. The game default should be striped down to its basics, mainly battles with drops only - no garage supplies.

With Isida, they should have split the rebalance between damage and self-healing - I.e. need one but not the other. It should not have been packaged together as a bundle.

The new parameters make it look like every 5th shot is a CRIT.

When the Fortress Kit unlocks, you are only a couple of ranks away from getting the Bulldozer Kit (Thunder M3). Personally, I would bypass Fortress and get Bulldozer. However, with the update coming up in a couple of weeks, the level of unlocking kits might change.
