Lol page 599 of this topic is full of unliked posts. Better go get them, @50tanks B) -
Yeah but all the other turrets except isida and maybe ricochet have alts that actually increases damage.
-
Also make juggernaut unfreezable and unburnable for 10 to 15 seconds after activating OD. And while we're at it, it's OD should fully restore its HP not just part of it.
-
Oh Hell no. These challenges are horrible for game balance.
-
About another week or so til the challenges event is over. Can't wait for that.
-
Everyone in the marshal and up ranks just target the weaker equipped players for easy kills. At least when I was in a battle where I was one of the highest ranks, everyone below my rank still had a fighting chance because they were also m2s. And I know that MM puts us in these kinds of battles, but that's mainly because we have too many game modes to choose from and also because of the challenges event.
-
I like the idea of next juggernaut choice being random instead of who dealt the last blow. I think that when we do get to become juggernaut, we should be able to choose what turrets we want to use.
-
Because the ranks marshal and up were so used to exploiting the wide rank bracket situation, that when it came to a battle with just people their own ranks, they only gave an average performance.
-
I hope the self healing ability doesn't come back. It's what made isida OP in the first place.
-
Thunder alt: high damaging warheads. Pros: · 75% more damage. · 50% increase in the range of max damage. Cons: · Reload time has increased by 100%. · Splash radius has decreased from 12m to 9m. A good alteration for those that want to camp with thunder from afar. However, it's effectiveness at short range has decreased considerably. The splash radius decrease is for balance purposes only.
-
If you're not gonna use your thunder module, then there's no point in getting the sledgehammer rounds alt.
-
Oh Hell no, CTF has to be made exclusive to pro battles only.
-
Told you that Vikings OD might be getting a nerf. ;)
-
I used to play ctf all the time back in late 2015. But that's because I was so oblivious of the problems back then. I'll tell you what I think of each of the game modes nowadays: DM - probably the best game mode in the game at the moment. TDM - more like "spawn kill the other team before they spawn kill you to win". CTF - hate this mode, prone to spawn killing. CP - also prone to spawn killing, but still is better than all the other team game modes combined. Just needs more control points in certain maps. ASL - should be renamed to Attackers VS Defenders (AVD). Rugby - practically a reverse version of Ctf. Also prone to spawn killing. Juggernaut - some turrets have more of an advantage over others here.
-
I call it the new version of ASL. The current version can be renamed to Attackers VS Defenders (AVD). While this new version of ASL can replace all the game modes in MM except DM and CP.
-
That's still a good chunk of damage you would lose.
-
Sounds a bit interesting.
-
If you were a true thunder user, you would understand why. 150 to 200 is a lot of potential damage lost when it comes to thunder. And posting a screenshot of the result in one of the worst game modes in the game just tells us that it's probably only good for spawn killing. Post it in a real game mode like DM and maybe I might believe you. ;)
-
I just don't see why anyone wouldn't want to deal max damage all the time, unless if the battle is so bad.
-
I'm thinking that the reason for your suggestions is so that when an isida has finished with one enemy and and then when another one has appeared right away, then the isida will still have a chance at killing them too. Is that right?
-
Gonna have to agree with you here. Sub caliber rounds is literally the only decent alteration that thunder has. And it actually changes the playing style of the turret. I prefer the play with splash enabled though. The small caliber charging machine and the sledgehammer rounds aren't even worth it. The small advantages aren't worth taking away two important aspects of the turret, the range and the damage.
-
This is mostly due to the challenges event. Without it, it should happen a bit less frequently. But it still doesn't mean that the rank brackets shouldn't be fixed.
-
This maybe true in DM and juggernaut but it's is still very well manageable. In team battles it's an absolute beast because an isida can just heal that Vulcan while it demolishes the enemy team in seconds.
-
This alteration would be really OP.
