Sorry for posting something so old, but I just had to do this.(I just have that kind of Judicial personality) Now for the important stuff, being mature doesn't mean you can't have fun,(like I'm grinning in pure delight writing this :P ) me as a "very" mature person have lots of fun. B) (For your information,that fun is a lot of doing dumb things) I don't agree that being to mature is bad, in fact I don't believe there is such things as being too mature.(I mean, you can pretend you are real mature and don't do fun things, but that just isn't mature) Different-2 people, dunno what that means so no comment. Life experience? In my "humble" opinion Home schoolers would have a ton more life experience than a Public schooler, the Public schoolers are just exposed to stuff that the aren't important. Learning how to sit in a chair and how to demonstrate a Math Problem on a White Board isn't important. Real experience is the important stuff.

Umm, a little misinformation here. Me as an "average" Homeschooler, have no uniform(duh, I mean who likes uniforms), early morning wake up calls(every day except weekends to be exact), no fights? Every time the Homeschoolers meet here we have fights(Okay Gnat, call 'em arguments) about what we're going to do who won the game last week ...ect. as for competition, I think the most competitive people I know are Homeschoolers( all though we ain't sore losers) ;)
