Normally you shouldn't MU M1s too much but 10-15 isn't excessive, and Smoky M1 does begin to need MUs. I think you should MU it up to 10-15 then save for boar like you were planning - Smoky's good with a few MUs and Boar's a good kit.

Don't save for Voltage you can't get it at Captain and you're about to rank (unless you can get it before you rank). If you want the Rail you should get Mosquito (BP kit) - it's around 200k and unlocks at Captain.

don't play on the couch :P I think the conversation's gone from iPhones to Macs now but in general I don't think Apple products suck, they're just overpriced. They do look really nice, and I personally don't think the products are bad quality.

It's also true that Rico can kill one tank more quickly than Smoky; however, after it has unleashed all its shots, it's at a disadvantage as it has to wait to reload. Smoky has criticals as well, which can change a lot.

I don't think "council members" are necessary - it should be sufficient to have our RTD and LTD. I don't really think the Dragonet, Dragon, and Elder Dragon distinctions do much either, and seeing as we only have one Dragonet (most of our members have since ranked) making the limits higher would probably be a good idea. I'm not sure what rank limits you had (too lazy to check), but ideally members of the same level should be able to play battles together. According to the rank limits on the tankiwiki, Gissimo can create down to Major, Captain can create down to WO4, and WO3 can create down to Master Sergeant.

This is based on the comments of others, but I think in general most M4s are relatively equal in power, with Thunder and/or Freeze being perhaps slightly UP and Isida and Vulcan considered somewhat OP. ;)

Perhaps with Twins it'd simply act like a DD?

Don't MU your Dict, the sale will most likely be more than 25%. Also, if it is 25% you'll only lose out on around 1k crys - not a big loss. Are you counting speedups in the price of MUs?
