Twins, Viking, and Rail M0 will be usable but quite UP at WO2 or 3 - speaking from experience. It'd probably be much easier just to get Fire M1, it's only 7k crys, even less on sale, and a much more viable choice than M0s. I've never played with Dict M1, but Hunter M1 is great imo, and after rebalance won't drift. I personally don't like Dict, big and clumsy (good choice for golds though). But it's your choice ;) Corsair's a good kit, Fighter and Predator are also good options. If you want Titan M1 is good with either Twins or Thunder and cheap too.

I mean, if you think you can get to First Lieutenant without buying any early M2 kits, despite Isida's drastic nerf, I think it's better to save for Mino, but that's just my opinion. I'm actually gonna try to go for Mino with just the equipment I have right now, and I'm sure people have been able to reach the OP M2 kits with only M1s, perhaps MUd slightly. Gnatty reached First Lieutenant with M1 Thunder/Hornet, where he got Boar. (And now he has Atlas, so jealous lol). Although I do think it would be a lot easier to advance with some early M2s - Juggler's somewhat expensive, and you might wanna get a cheaper (but less powerful) kit, such as Avalanche or Voltage. I don't have any experience using any of these kits, though, so my thoughts might not be as accurate. And my choice of equipment and maps will obviously impact my experience facing the kits. ;)

I had Fire M1 and Vampire easily at that rank without any contest crys or anything...And without being particularly skilled, either. That account isn't particularly good, nor is it evident that he bought that kit, at least to me. It's also not true that all buyers are using their parents' money - many people earn their own money. And if I were a buyer I'd wouldn't buy that kit - not particularly effective and overpriced.

Fire/Hornet isn't too bad at early WO ranks, although I do find it relatively weak without MUs. Fighter isn't a good combo, but if he gets Titan M1 during a sale maybe it's cheap and Titan/Twins is a great combo in small-mid range maps. Although I'd say Corsair's better since he doesn't have any M1 hulls already.

Definitely worth it.
