Smoky M1 damage (no MUs): 22.6 - 28.5 With DD: 45.2 - 57.0 Wasp M0's health is 65.0, without any MUs, and if you can't even one shot that with DD, you can forget about one shotting M1 Wasp, and don't even think about Hornet and Hunter. (light hulls) Side note: even assuming you somehow MUed completely, having basically M2 Smoky with DD, you still would not be able to one shot M1 Wasp.
