Anyways, nothing is wrong with incentives as long as the incentivised person yields excellent quality work! Greed isn't bad, it fuels the whole of modern economy (barring states like N. Korea ofc).

The word limits are lax. You can do up till 250 words, and it will be accepted unless it is full of content that could have been removed to make it shorter. A bit above 200 is fine, but do you best to shorten it.

The writer of Frankenstein died in 1851, more than 1.5 centuries ago. Hence, her copyright on her work is no longer legit. Frankenstein is currently free of any kind of copyright. Copyrights in Europe are not valid after about 70 years after the death of the official copyright holder. Jesus and Allah are fictitious, agreed, but they are controversial and religious nonetheless, right? Tanki isn't the place for social reform, so :(
