I play the game have some issue time to time. Today my broadband is failling me. :( hopefully it will be better in a couple of hour. As for more resources, TO has shift the manpower from TX to TO for the last 2 years enhance the new game didection (OD, mission, MM, alteration, mobile,....) if they really wanted to do more they would have hired more people for a year and then fired them all (like big industry does) however they choose to keep the same manpower and develop on the long term. That's the way they decided to go, I won t think they would hire more. I do not think they should remove the vogue team as communication is important too. But whatever they do, that will not fix my broadband issue.

Again you got it wrong. South Park animation is the work of the Graphics/V-log team and not the game developers nor the CM. If you are paid to be developer you will do developer job, not CM or V-logs. Devs will answer the question either in an interview (video or audio) or in words. Beside the "Sorry man" is more of a team leader now than of a coder, so more administration activity (meeting :ph34r: ) and less coding for him.

Developers have no jurisdiction here or on the Russian forum, they develop and code (apart from Impulse but only on the wiki topic). Forum news and announcement is the responsibility of the CM. While forum moderators and the Forum admins (Maf and Coop) moderate the players (not the CM), and the other helpers, not assign to the forum, have no jurisdiction here. Cedric has the Forum admins tag but he is more than that being the CM obviously, nobody else can do what he does (but he can do what we do if he wants, such has hiding post). And contrary to your belief, the developers (under there main account Hazel and Impulse or alt accounts) visit the forum, you need to be connected more often and you will see them. They usually prefer to answer through the V-log or special global announcement so there answer is visible to all.

The Tanki owners has been managing the game for nearly 14 years now (since 2006) - it employs 50 plus people. Imagine how many other games have been created and are not here anymore since then. If you let your employee take the decision on their own your are not the owner, leave the decision to the player is even worse. TO looks at he feedback and look at the stats, and then make a decision. Of course they can make mistake like any other business, but players too (they don't bare the responsibility if something goes wrong). They employ people that they trust will do what they have been paid for.

Interesting. The only problem is that the game designer do not own the game and do not make decision on what it should be like. If he does it it with the approval of the TO owner. So you can critics them on the bugs and other miss-app but not on the feature itself.
