More likely: you equip a hull, you select Skin for the hull (standard M or XT), you equip a turret, you select Skin for the turret (standard M or XT), you select alteration(s) for turrets, then you select paint, and protection module.

You are right there is some shape difference, however they are tiny, the picture/skin can be easily stretched without issue. So I do think that "one size fit all". Agree, Alteration button make sens, question is which one. M3 seems logic, but they have told that container will be different form one level to another. What a palyer with an M0 turret will do with an item/skin that he can't use? or if not in the container they would fell cheated. It is safe to assume that what is experimented in TX could make its way in TO (maybe exactly the same, maybe slightly altered) like many other feature (cough*container*cough). So regarding TX, for which mastery level you can use the other Skin (frontier,...)? all mastery? And when do you get them? Do you pay (crystal or cash) for it or do you need to achieve some kind of milestones/level? Whatever they do for the turret would be certainly replicated, Alternativa is smart and can clone a bit of code to keep thing easy.

Hum, true 80 is a lot, you are right. However M standard skin looks different but they all have the same shape, it's only the colour that gives the impression or the level of mastery. There is a lot more player at low rank so potentially more clients than higher rank, and to get money you would try to appeal to those low level. I do think it would be possible to have M0 with XT skin, so 7 + 13 = 20 in total. Having 80 of them is just a lot of work and memory use, and if i remember well there is more than one image per turret (or hull) to cover the full equipment (see for the vulcan), so it's probably more than 20 images in total to rework. I would agree that XT should be only for M3. I would also think that legendary should stay legendary paint, but we saw that they are now in the container for grab by anybody. They did said cosmetics for M0, can;t remember if they mention XTs. But it could be also other type of skin. And for M3 it was initially special abilities, which we now know as Overdrives (for hull). They do have a lot, and they did talk about XT as skin a long time a go, lets hope that the have hired more dev with all the 2017 fresh cash flows :ph34r:

The game look and feature can be changed at will, and it's hard sometime to fully understand Alternativa's vision. Speculation is then all we can do. I did said "like" the alteration button in the equipment description/panel (with the equip button). I didn't say that it would be within the alteration button set. I was using the alteration selection system as an example on how it can be selected. Never the less you could say: 1/ it is a sort of alteration (a cosmetic alteration) 2/ could make good use of one of the empty/useless alteration M0 and M3. and then yes it could be part of the Alteration button set filling the empty slots. But being a skin and not an equipment it open the door to have it a any ranks and M level. To me, if the XT skin is available in a container, and if the containers are available in weekly chain, mission chain (currently special mission) and in battle (via a drop) then everybody, regardless rank, equipment and xperience, as a chance to get one anytime. Consequently if XT skin equipment are available through the alteration slot, then it make sens that it would be via the M0 alteration. So it's available to any ranks. But it could be through a different button/feature, like a skin feature. To make the most of the XT as money making, bait, making player playing more (via the chain reward), we should consider the possibility that Alternativa as developed the XT skin for all the Hulls and Turrets. Like this you would not end up with the XT skin of the mammoth and not have it in you garage. That would be highly embarrassing.

We can speculate the folowwing: you have any of the M level for the railgun (m0, m1, m2 or M3) in your garage with the standard skin. You open a container and then you get the railgun xt skin. Before battle you will go to your garage select railgun turret and in the description you will have an option to wear either the standard or the XT skin. This could look like the Alteration button, when you click on it you can select alteration or not. So I don't think you need to buy the M3 nor have the premium.

One could guess that XT skin being cosmetics items ans highly appealing, they are therefore good candidates to boost shop and containers sale. TO needing money what do you prefer they do? Sale more P2W items or cosmetic items? The main change is that XT skin would be available from a the low ranks now and without the need of the premium.

In rugby, you can kick the ball forward, however tanks do not have hands or feet :D Regarding american football, the ball is sent backward to the QB which then can sent it in any direction (usually forward), and then the ball can be only be passed backward. Really weird game rules. :ph34r:

For comparison our moon is at 238,856 miles from the earth. I don't think you will need an hyper-drive to cover such a small distance and your enemies will be still very very very dangerously close to you. Use other cosmological distance like the parsec. One parsec is equal to about 3.26 light-years (30 trillion km or 19 trillion miles) in length. I'm not against you. To me 20 k in June and now 40-50K, I call that improvement. Drugger is the new norm, it's everywhere for you to get (daily mission, weekly chain mission, drops, buying kits....). If you don't drug then you stand no chance. Play by the game rules, not yours (if not working then remove the one that doesn't work). No Tanki is not moving fast: 12 months since the start of the implementation of the TO 3.0 and still 2 keys features are missing (Macthmaking battle creation and the group feature). You seem to be missing a lot on the basics of the working world. So my advice to you is grow up and look around you, the world of adult is strange and complex, and ask your parents about the questions you may have about how this world works it will be easier for you to get the right response.

Your example is then inappropriate because you don't pay to play TO. Never the less the comparison can still be made with TO: Why do you play a free-to-play game with all the issue associated with? To be fair, pay to win game also have issue: lag, mult saboteur,..., they only have less bugs.

It means that TO has stopped advertising the game. The 120k was a long long time ago back in 2014 and for a couple of months early 2015. Since then its been going down, and the worst time was back in June last year with 20k. After August it came up over 30k and as high as 50k during New year time. Failure is the inability to act, Alternativa is doing the opposite as they are fighting back with the implementation of TO 3.0 (a.k.a. matchmaking). Forced to leave? No, people leave on their own, it's free to play game, so you are free to join and free to leave. As a free to play game they have more room for drastic changes than pay to win.

Worse or better? It doesn't matter it is changing, the process is nearly completed and the Alternativa does it because the company thinks it is better, this is their work, if it fails the company will close down. People gonna leave, new people will come.
