I did report it already but you know, not everything that is reports gets fixed right away, it takes a lot of time and first they focus on main and important things but the more we keep reporting these bugs/glitches/errors or whatever they are, the better and sooner they will fix.

There is no way to edit it. It's only for Admins and ect. :)

I don't know what payment options you are using and whether they are supported or not or the country you are trying to buy from but wait till the server restarts and see if you will still face same problem.

Like I said, I'm sorry to leave you disappointed but unfortunately, refund is not possible in that case. Still, it doesn't mean that you have to give up, it is better to do something than do nothing at all so use this form to contact them and explain to them your problem as calm as you can, very very carefully since there is nothing we can do about this. It is great that you are helping others but please don't spam the file all over the place. If someone wants to download the Official TO Client, simply he/she will do it by going to the main page, not even complicated, thank you.

There is no way you can get your crystals back unfortunately since it is not TO fault but yours so for now, nothing can be done about it.

In what battles or in what way does it happen, more details if possible, thank you.

Not really, most of the time it is lag but there are times when lags don't affect whatsoever.

No problem, it is just better and more efficient since the person won't have to read much or read the same replies over and over so I guess it is just an easy way, nonetheless, it is good.

Since TO is moving from Flash to HTML5, I guess it is only a matter of time, the sooner the better. Many problems will be fixed since Flash is outdated now and it is too late to do anything, many other popular games already moved from Flash.

Seems like many others faced the same problems, great to see others as well.

Other players complained about the same problem as well. Sometimes you don't even notice and you get your crystals right after the battle ends while in other times, you will get your crystals back by refreshing or next time you log and lastly but not least, some players get their crystals back when the servers restart. Thanks for reporting.

Nah, this combo is weak, good in small maps but in big maps, won't do much of a change. At least Rail is good but Wasp and Freeze... nope, not really.
