Well the sad thing is that your rank is too high to get the M1 modification and the chance of you getting M1 is now over so you will only have to buy the M2 modification. If your rank becomes higher than that M2 modification will turn into M3 so you won't even be able to buy the M2 you are seeing now which is why you have to buy everything you want before you lose the chance. Good news is that, you didn't waste any of your crystals so your M0 modification is now M1 even tho it says M0 and it will protect you from just like the M1 does, unless you go and play pro battles where micro upgrades are off than your protection will be M0.

Just like @Ninja said, you are allowed to make your premium visible to other players so you and everyone else will see that they are a premium players or simply you can make make it invisible to other players which is why you sometimes see some players who got the double the amount of crystals earned. If your maximum likes is 25, I guess you can use all your likes in 1h. Not one after another for sure but in different topics here and there, I guess it should work. Why not try it out yourself and experiment on it? :)

It is known bug. Players get their crystals once the battle ends or when they refresh and in some cases when the severs restart.
