Reason why this happens is because It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Possible solution for it would be to unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO. Client from homepage. Standalone Flash Player. Google Chrome (I wouldn't recommend Mozilla.) Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page.

Usually the message appears in case your internet connection is not fast enough to load the game. Try restarting your router, or play using Standalone Flash Player. No, they won't. Changing your nickname requires you to have 100, 000 crystals. Unfortunately the prices for now is this way and having less won't help, even if you ask them. I don't know about the future and what changes they will make to the nickname changing thing overall but for now it is this way.

Restarting your router/modem should fix the problem. This happens due to instability of your internet connection. Reboot your modem/router and it will be fixed unless the ports are blocked by someone "maybe your own internet department" or someone who has control of your internet is denying you from accessing, but try doing this first.

I'm afraid of that as well, but still our team is pretty good, not that much to worry about except few and let's hope the best.

Server can "think" negative crystals are a result of cheating. If you're sure you did not do anything wrong, please contact the help desk and explain the problem. Explain to them what happened, what you purchased and they will eventually fix it for you. I remember it happened to a another player long before and when he contacted the credit card company, they said they had authorized it, but in fact hadn't. The help desk resolved it all and everything was solved.

Than your nickname won't be changed. You will receive an email saying that you don't have the required crystals to change your nickname or something similar, I don't remember. It happened to me once, I forgot and I bought some supply kits. :P
