The test servers are only open for mass testing when a huge player base is needed to test an update. Though otherwise testing is help privately only for Testers to take part in, this is why you were prompted to give an invite code, as only official Testers have it. Are you using Mozilla browser or Internet explorer, if so than I would recommend you to try the Chrome browser as it is a lot better compared to Mozilla and lately Mozilla and few other browsers are having a bit of problems when it comes playing TO. In case you already tried the Client and it didn't work... I'm curious to know if you tried using the Standalone Flash Player? It is good and has low ping. Than try using the Standalone Flash Player. In Standalone, you don't have to download or install anything anything big, it also doesn't require you to run it as a Administrator. All you have to do is a simple click on it and it will open. The links for the servers are listed in there as well as the instructions on how to use it.

You do know account sharing isn't allowed whether someone else buys you normally by going through the payment process or not, but since everything is ok now, I would recommend you to buy from your own country and not let someone else have access to your account or buy it for you anymore and that is it. May I know what are you using in order to play TO? Is it Browser, if so which browser or perhaps is it the TO client? First I would like you to try changing your Browser and see if the problem gets fixed or not. I wouldn't honestly recommend you to use Mozilla since Mozilla is facing quite some problems when it comes to playing the game. Chrome would be the ideal browser to use, at least much better when it comes to Mozilla. And if this doesn't fix it than try using or downloading the Client from the homepage. If you were using the Client than try use the Standalone Flash Player.

It is better to do what is mentioned above. Once again please contact the help desk and let them know you forgot which e-mail address is linked to your account. After making sure the account is yours, the help desk will link your account to a new email address of your choice. Make sure you choose this option. It is only a couple day to go up to the top so I guess it is pretty normal or not that hard since you are already in week. I don't do missions anymore the moment the mission update was introduced, I do them whenever I can and leave them whenever I don't want to, but something similar did happen to me once, the mission was to get 5 double armor and I had one, I forgot to get that last one and that is how I lost my mission chain. It has happened in the past with players getting banned or even blocked by faking their real country's identity (and even IP etc...) to buy at a cheaper value and with better crystals/price ratio. If you have made all of your purchases from the US and you live in there than simply keep buying from there/your own country where you live. It is a fraudulent attempt, you are basically faking your real country's money economical value to buy at a different value that the one intended to be. Since this is't an easy argument I guess it isn't worth expending much, but just be assured that risking to be blocked or fined is not worth in my opinion, or is it? If you have the DCC (Double Crystal Card) and you bought the 15K crystal pachage than it is normal for you to get 30K crystals instead of getting 15K crystals as you get the extra 15K from the DCC unless you mean something else. If you mean replying to someone than all you have to do is press the ''Quote'' bottom and write down your answer. Want to reply to multiple people? Simply press the ''multiQuote'' bottom. I just made a new account and tested it and it actually is true. If you buy the equipment you listed than you get your clean 200 crystals but for other ones, you get nothing. I had 500 crystals and I bought Hammer M0 and I didn't get the 200 crystals bonus even though the message says. I will ask someone the exact place to report it in case it isn't the bug and glitches section.
