Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and some other browsers are quite faster than the Microsoft Edge so I don't see the problem of using them and they are free, but if you don't want to than I guess it can't be helped. Either way glad that now things are working perfectly fine. Enjoy your time.

In addition to what is mentioned above I would recommend you to wait for the scheduled restart of servers and see if the missing items are returned to your account(s) because sometimes whatever was missing gets back to the owner's garage after the scheduled server restart but if not than you probably should do the thing mentioned above and contact the help desk via this form.

Your nickname was changed because you were inactive for a long time and that is why your account name is changed to ''r_nickname0''. More info. If you linked your account to an e-mail, you should find an e-mail from Tanki with a link to easily change your nickname for free. If you didn't, then you can only change your nickname by contacting the help desk via this form.

If you already tried the CCleaner and the Client is still not opening and you are able to play normally on your Browser than I suggest you to do delete the entire folder called Tanki Online instead of clearing the catch. Uninstall the game client. Open a application called "Run". Press Win+R or simply search in the start box. Search for %appdata% in that Run. You'll see a folder called TankiOnline. Just permanently delete the folder called Tanki Online instead of deleting the ''Local Store'' folder. To permanently delete it, press Shift+Delete. Re-install the game client and see if the same problem is fixed.

Also if you don't mind, I would recommend you to change your browser to any other browser like Chrome even though there are some problems with Chrome as well but I do think that at least it will be better.

It is a known thing within the client being unable to run in the background, Hopefully it will get fixed in the near future. Meanwhile, if you must minimize the Client occasionally use the Standalone flash or a browser. Also instead of minimizing try to put most of the programs you need into your task bar, and whenever you need any of them simply click on them or use the windows search option if you want to search any program you want. The trick is that you can open other programs in front of the Client, but you can't minimize the client itself. Using the CCleaner might help you as well or simply re-install the Client to start from fresh by following the instructions in here.

May I know what kind of problem you having? Is the garage not loading for you perhaps?

There was a similar thing suggested in I&S section to make the two lasers different so it would be a lot easier to know which of the two Turrets is aiming at you. I liked that idea and it makes things more interesting in my opinion. Does it happen more often or only from time to time? Also about the texture, it is no longer allowed in case you wanted to know or if someone else asks you. A player asked Cedric in his Vitual Office whether changing textures is allowed or not and this was his answer.

If you press the “Battle” button and there isn’t an existing battle suitable for your rank, the system will automatically create a standard battle for you, and start sending other players your way. This is the only way to ''create'' none pro battles.

I recommend you to download the Ad blocker depending on what Browser you are using and checking your extensions, quite a lot of extensions can cause this kind of problem so uninstall/disable the unneeded or unnecessary ones in your settings. Reason why some of the players you met have M0 Magnum is because they bought the Turret when the only modification available for them was the M0 one, and as their rank gets increased still they will still be able to keep their Magnum M0 unless they buy a higher modification depending on their rank. Unfortunately you have missed the chance to have it M0 as you didn't buy it till your rank got quite high, but if you have any other Turrets/Hulls M0 (which you certainly have, according to your profile) than you are able to keep those Turrets/Hulls forever as a M0 equipment even if you reach the Legend rank unless you upgrade them.

May I know what kind of problems you are having with the Standalone Flash Player like the application not working or not loading, etc so we might be able to help? If the problem is the loading and it gets stuck and doesn't load fully or takes forever to load than I suggest you to clear your flash player catch using this link. If the links aren't working than I suggest you to try both link from the Wiki page as well as the links from the Help Site. If you are using the Steam version of Tanki Online, you can log out by clicking the little red "x" that resides in the upper right hand corner. That will sign you out. In case you want to know how to log out from Steam than I suggest you to have a look at this page.

Are you able to play the battle and move around your tank or even shoot while the loading bar is still loading? If so simply go to the garage by pressing the garage bottom and come back to the battle or back out from the garage and the loading bar should disappear or simply refresh if it still keeps loading but mostly it disappears once you go to garage and come back to the battle, try this if that is the case. About the error, there are all kind of errors so I guess you should check this out.

Seems like you got your supplies, crystals but you wondering whether you got the 7 day Premium you purchased and you certainly got it. You have that special rank icon which is visible everywhere: in Chat, in battles and on Forum which tells whether you are a Premium player or not. About the crystals you mentioned it is true that if you are a Premium player you get 50% bonus to experience points earned in battles as well as 100% bonus to crystals earned in battles so you should get that much. Next time you see same thing/problem, please take a screenshot of it and post it in here so we can see what kind of situation you were in when the battle ended. It is not all about the kills, many other things can cause this kind of thing like the team the player was, whether he/she was using Isida to heal, score, etc so I guess screenshot would be your best option but for now things should be working perfectly fine for you. This is pretty hard question since no one knows the exact date of a specific kit because product kits work on a rotation and they don't rotate in a specific order. They stay in the Garage for a certain period of time and then disappear until they are next put up, which normally isn't for a while so I guess you just have to wait till it shows up in your garage one day. But if the Northern kit was present on 14 Feb and hasn't came back to the garage since than... if I might guess probably I would say in 5-10 days (in 2 rotations, either the next rotation or the one after it, my guess.)

Not as of yet, though soon enough with the new Unity platform it will be available for Android and IOS devices alike. Meanwhile Tanki Online isn't available for mobile phones yet still there is a catch or way to play. You can play Tanki Online on "Puffin browser" on smartphones. It won't be as smooth as on PC, but you still you will be able to access your account, the garage and even can enter the battles. Useful for sales in case you are doing something else or don't want to use your PC. This is also a nice topic to check out.
