Almost 2 weeks passed and no answer from support

Support isnt helping others at all, I sent them an email about YoutuberTO spec like 10 days ago... or more and i obviously never got an answer...That's just sad :D what should i do now?? i sent them email again 2 days ago and nothing, I even messaged admin@streamto.ru but they dont answer as well..
