Alternativa's client is built in a way where if no info is coming in, it will approximate where the tank would be going if it continued on the last course known before the info stopped coming in. This game was where the idea came from.

Everything besides power-ups will be converted into crystals (using the price you bought it for, so if you paid with a discount, you'll get as much as you paid for). Power-ups will be moved as power-ups, they will be preserved but not cnverted to crystals. Crystals that you spent on power-ups will not be refunded.

DO NOT get the debugger version, it will slow the game down significantly. Get the regular projector. And yes, this info has been available for over a year in the topic called 'Launch Tanki as a standalone application' or something like that. Also, to get into a battle that somebody sent you a link to, first get into that battle in a browser, then close the browser and enter the same server with the projector player. You should be thrown into your old battle.
