I dont think so. Its the fastest medium hull. I have enough trouble already trying to escape them in my Wasp, lets not make Viking any faster :P Its pretty bad in stock form, but as a Vulcan lover I can testify that it becomes playable on loarger maps with the "incendiary band" alteration. Just expect to use a lot of repair kits to keep from burning to death.

I dont know exactly how it works. Im basing this all off the fact that I heard that some test maps (crash and gallery I think, dont remember them all) were removed due to high lag caused by unusually shaped props.

I get it, but is it worth extra lag? As long as you know about the hitboxes they are easy to avoid in most circumstances.

Im no expert, but Im not sure it works that way. It seems a lot simpler to have a bunch of cubes than less more complicated shapes. I mean, they can be annoying, but if you just learn to avoid them its not that bad. Oh, and us cool kids vape now.

The size of the map has nothing to do with the hitboxes of the buildings. But yeah, your right about Bridges, I cant count the times my perfectly aimed shots have been deflected. After a while I learned how to avoid that... but still.

Simoon is not a bad kit, but Annihilator is better. Viking is much superior to Dictator unless you want to go gold hunting. Of course, if you really like Dictator than get Simoon, the point of the game is to have fun isnt it? I disagree. I used to play Thunder on an alt, and unless it has changed drastically it is fairly OP at all ranks. One of the stronger turrets out there.

Simpler hit boxes means less lag. Also, the roof thing is rarely an issue; unless you are in parkour you probably wont end up on the top of a building.

I think it goes CM > Forum Admin > Forum Mod > Forum Mod candidate > players. As I understand it, there is a "weak damage (%) in the wiki. It says 50%, so that must mean that the damage is halved at longer ranges. Havnt played Vulcan in a while, but I think I remember it doing half damage, so that confirms it for me.

Yeah, just save your crystals, buy a single m1 kit if you want, but it will be cheaper to just purchase the turret and hull on 50% sales if you can wait a few ranks. The unnecessary paint generally ramps up the price of the kit. M2 kits are more worth it as the ranks take much longer to unlock, and you can start MUing earlier. A general tip is to do your missions every day to get those containers, you will find that they build up your crystals and supply reserves fast. Good luck!

I am aware of that, but I was under the impression that when a topic is declined it is not presented the the devs. The other topic was more of a abusive and incoherent rant, so I assumed it would not be forwarded either. I considered posting it an a "lets discuss blank" topic, but I coudnt find the right one and it might have been lost there anyway. BTW Id say it was an issue caused by a non-recent update that has just been forgotten about. I still see your point, though, and your probably right- I just wanted to explain my reasoning. EDIT: probably should have used PM :X If anything, it adds more strategy.
