I believe it is possible. If you had double armour and no shaft protection, I think this is still enough to one shot you with. You have to consider that his M2 Shaft could have been fully micro upgraded in which case the damage would be significantly greater than if it wasn't (you also mentioned he was using Double Damage). If they put details of one drone in the Tab Menu, they would need to do all of them, and there simply isn't enough room. You can't add one statistic for one piece of equipment and leave all the other drones out. The Tab Menu as it is, is clean and easy to understand. It will be confusing to see a load of drone statistics cluttering up the screen.

Developers wouldn't add updates if they are "bad" for the game. The whole point of an update is to make the game better in some way or another. Are you thinking about an update in particular?

That's not how the game mechanics work. The protection symbol you see in the Tab Menu relate to the protection module and how much it is upgraded only. It definitely does work, drones aren't there to trick you, they do exactly what it says on the tin (aka in their garage description). If you want to see it working for yourself clearly, make a private map and invite a friend and shoot them with and without the drone, you will definitely notice the difference if it is fully upgraded.

No, as Ninja said it will not change the protection symbol in the tab menu. You will only notice the difference as you upgrade it. Best thing to do is create a private battle, equip the drone and test it with a friend.

Firstly, the amount of damage is based on how much you have upgraded the drone. See the Micro Upgrades of Brutus. If it only grants 1% you will most likely not be able to notice its effect. Secondly, are you sure that when you are dealing damage/being shot that the drone has recharged since your last respawn?

Yeh, it is hard to look 90o while on a ramp also, but once you practice with it a lot, it should become easy to avoid flipping.

Magnum's recoil on a hornet is quite big but once you get used to it, it's not a problem. You eventually will learn how to control it and you just know how much you need to turn your turret to the side for certain jumps. And yes definitely, Magnum with Hornet overdrive is pretty much a guaranteed kill.

Also if you received a gift from a player that said "User was banned" it means the player has a chat ban and their message was changed to a standard note. See more here.

Shaft is good if you use the correct alteration. The triple shot alteration allows Shaft to be used well at close range and on Viking it can be especially dangerous. In fact, I see a lot of MM battles where Shaft places in the top three.

All turrets in the game have alterations so I expect the developers are planning something but as of yet, no there are none.
