You need to use this form in order to contact the Tech Support. When filling this form, you are required to fill 2 text boxes which are: What is your registration e-mail? - That's the email that was linked to your account, simply mention what was the email that you connected to your account after you registered to the game, you do not need to have access to this email address. Lately I see much more players with AP augments, I don't know if it's more annoying than EMP but it is definitely annoying.

It is weak (in my opinion), I barely if ever use it anymore.

The damage is too low, and right now there are many turrets with better alts. Thunder really need to get a buff. True, there are better alternative as you said. That's a shame, Thunder used to be so good and fun to use back then.

True, but I feel like the turret itself is a bit weak regardless of the protection modules.

At the moment I feel like Thunder is really weak, I really want Thunder to get a buff.

It happens due to the "no damage bug", we have reported the issue but it wasn't fixed yet.
