You can use mouse in 2 different ways; 1) With keyboard as any other hull, so it works exactly like the rest of the hulls which cannot move sideways. 2) With mouse, which allows you to drive sideways.

And please tell me where exactly I said anything about what you mentioned above? It's very obvious that game need rules, be fair and so on. I simply said that hovering hulls can be a part of the game because there is no reason as to why not.
