Who said they don't? But it's hard to keep track of all bugs and players have a way to help, so why not?

Nobody ever said any of you is lying. The developers ask for evidence because it's really hard to fix a bug without visually seeing it first.

Okay, so - most likely resulted from character escaping or rendering issues at some point or other. It will be reported to the developers.

It's no secret that many players left due to many reasons. But the part about Forum administrators was not clear to me, Forum admins always were in charge of the Forum regardless of the state of the game.

We need a video in order to report the bug to the developers, It's their decision.
